All EU orders are free from shipping and tax.
We will ship your order by local UPS or DHL or DPD express company.
We need 12-24 hours processing time and then your order will be shipped. (Monday-Friday)

We will ship your order within 24 hours from the Poland warehouse.
Please allow 4-7 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation. Please check the order at the backstage to confirm how long it will take for the delivery.

Warranty
At KuKirin, we strive to improve the quality of our products, which has to undergo a series of thorough inspections before being shipped out. Once our products somehow fail to satisfy you, please contact us directly and let us help you. For orders purchased not from kugoo-scooters.com, please contact the original purchase channel as the first priority to deal with your problems.
KuKirin offers 12 Months warranty (6 months for the battery) against defects in workmanship and/or materials from the date of purchase, we are responsible for sending replacement parts to fix issues, not including issues caused by any personal behaviors, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident (ie riding in wet conditions, dropping the board, etc.).
KuKirin offers the following solutions.
1. We'll ship replacement parts by regular mail and walk you through with instructions.
2. We’ll exchange the scooters that have gone faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. The KuKirin Limited Warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Scooters purchased elsewhere, in used condition, or second-hand is not covered under warranty.
KuKirin warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
1. Personal Behaviors: Any alterations, modifications, or attempts to repair the product by unauthorized personnel.
2. Misuse: Use of the product in a manner contrary to the provided instructions, guidelines, or intended purpose.
3. Accidents: Damage caused by accidents, acts of nature, or other external factors beyond KuKirin's control.
4.Neglect: Failure to properly care for and maintain the product as per the provided instructions.
5. Product Commercialization: The product hasn’t been commercialized by KuKirin or any of its authorized dealers.
6. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: The product was modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or/and by using faulty, modified, or unoriginal equipment/accessories.
7. Accidents and External Factors: The product has suffered accidents or damages caused by external factors, atmospheric conditions, or any other such events.
8. Impurities and Environmental Conditions:The faults are caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign bodies, etc., where applicable. The product was used in the rain and/or drove through a body of water with a depth bigger than 4 cm.
9. Identification Series/Codes/Marks: Product or parts identification series/codes/marks etc. that are deleted/ illegible. Marking or embossment crafted, made for various purposes spare parts or original parts show dents, mechanical shock, thermal or other fractures, cracks, etc. not attributable to them.
10. Improper Handling and Transport: Damage and defects due to improper handling and transport made by the buyer.
11. Changes to Original Condition: Changes to the original condition of the product by natural influences (corrosion, condensation, etc.) due to improper storage conditions.12. User Manual Non-Compliance: The product has not been used according to the conditions of the user manual. / Product’s faults are caused by vandalism or similar causes.
13. Expired Warranty: The warranty duration has expired.
14. Loss or Theft: The product is lost or stolen.
15. Complimentary Items: The product was obtained for free or as a complimentary item.
16. Proof of Purchase: Buyers cannot provide adequate proof of purchase for the products.
17. Unsupported Software or Firmware: Unsupported software or firmware has been installed on the product.
All repairs (labor fees) and parts will be chargeable if not covered under warranty. Customer will be liable for both the inward and return freight charges.
Where the scooter is not repairable or spare parts are not available we reserve the right to return the scooter back to your address until parts become available.
KuKirin reserves the right to assess all warranty claims and, at its sole discretion, to determine if defects or damages are covered by this limited warranty. In the event a claim is submitted but is determined to not be covered by this warranty, we will provide a quotation for repair costs and return shipping costs to you.
Warranties outlined in this provision are exclusive and in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, including warranties arising from a course of dealing or using.
